Google AdSense Alternative

Hay guys...After doing some research I came across Netklix. Anyone have any experience with them to share? I open an account and I notice they seems to operate similar to AdSense with contextual targeted ads.

I heard this was a pretty decent program actually. I am not using it yet, but i think i may.

I've come across this network called Admange. They too have CPC and CPM offers.
