Google Adsense ads not showing on site, but no violations.

I have a website blog that has Google Adsense running, has been for a while and no violations recorded. But my ads are not showing now. It says low traffic and even though my CPC is up, I have low clicks and low impressions, even though Analytics says my traffic is very good.

Is this due to low ad inventory?

I see ads other than adsense. ie AdRoll

 

I am only using Adsense code on my site, it is using Cloudlfare SSL.

 

They are not adsense adverts I see on the site. Check if you have been hacked.
