how is this possible to modify the google adsense .. ?

i have seen some of the site where i found that the size of the google adds are increase

I think that feature is available to Premium Publishers.

 

yeh, you have to be a premium publisher to do that, However you cant do it but you will be banned.

I dont have the exact info but its around 10 M page views per month or more
