    First you fill up form regarding adsense support form and wait for some days.
    Google give you reply in short time.

    The chances of getting your account back if it was disabled for invalid clicks are extraordinarily small. In other words, probably not likely.

    Do you even know for sure that's the reason it was disabled? AdSense always sends an email to account holders whose accounts are disabled - it sometimes arrives a day or two after the notice in their account sign in page, but they do send one.

    It's little bit difficult to recover ur acc,u can apply again for a new adsense acc.
