Not sure why your site is against their policies But on a side note: the first thing i see when i open ur site is "Ed Miliband: Google must pay more tax" Google doesn't like u for this maybe If i was going for a job interview I wouldn't talk badly about the boss or company. Not until i worked there atleast.
