    ""'Hello *************,

Your AdSense account was found to be related to an account previously
disabled for invalid click activity and we have therefore disabled your
account. Publishers disabled for invalid click activity are not allowed
further participation in AdSense and do not receive any further
payment. The earnings on your account will be properly returned to the
    affected advertisers.

As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the
right to terminate any publisher's participation at any time.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

the letter should have included how you can appeal their decision. So make the appeal, explain that you are not related in any way to any other account and see what they say.. if you purchased a domain you may need to point that out, as the King of da Wackos already mentioned..

Well that'd more than likely be the reason. Email them back with proof of purchase and any other documentation you can provide. Usually Google are very understanding in situations like these, so you should be fine. :)

If you paid via PayPal, forward them the payment confirmation email. Any PMs or emails you exchanged with the domain seller would also be helpful.

Don`t waste your time and send something like this , I advise you to have a new application for AdSense with one of your family members` name.

No, you're wrong. Google don't permanently ban people for no reason. Sure they'll make a few mistakes here and there, but they'll certainly un-ban those that are innocent.

Reapplying under one of your family members' name is probably the worst thing you can do, particularly if you're going to be using the same computer and internet connection.

Your best chance is to be honest and forthright with them when appealing. There are a few success stories when it comes to reinstatement.
