They disabled your account because "your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers". You would need to give us more information, such as the URL where you were using adsense or email Google and ask them for specifics.
I am not sure maybe because the advertisers didnt got any sales from their advertisements :S but I am not sure :S
Are all contents are original , if you copied from other site may be someone have reported your site and got your account banned .
Something to do with TOS. Anyways, forget about this now, they'll not change their decision even if you sue them for a million.
