Firstly you will not get paid for disabled account... may be you have gone against some of the google policies...

search your complete website and match according to google compliance that what you did wrong

i have recently wrote an article on this: Click here

You won't get paid once you're banned. All you can do now is email them ASAP and try to figure out why you was banned. If you can provide some proves that you didn't do anything wrong, you still have a chance to get your account back.

Are you sure your account is banned? That's a horrible example of formatting words if thats from google.

I just received the same email as Dr. Hauser. What Google has done here breaks the first rule of business. It is an example of what could be described as absolutely atrocious customer service. A very VERY arrogant thing for them to do. It's not like they've gotten too big, they actually seem to have been this way from the beginning. In any case, I'm simply not going to do business with Google from this point forward. To hell with them. It's just not worth the trouble.

If either of your sites in your signature was the one you are referring to...there is your answer. Google doesn't allow torrent sites (even sites associated with torrents i.e. your proxy site that is listed under the same domain).

Try to appeal, write a reasonable and polite letter and wait, this is your last chance, I guess.

I think your ban is most likely as a result of MFA sites. It is easy to create a blog in 03 minutes and put adsense code there in another 03 minutes even before, major search engines even noticed of the blogs existance. I would strngly recommend not to put adsense before the site/blog is well established and indexed by google.

Email today i received by google adsense 14 mac 2008

While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.

Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
advance for your understanding and cooperation.
