try to use new adress and sign up with your new adress

Try to use your brother id with difference address

@mojtata if his account has been disabled he wont get his money even if he has as pin or they send him his cheque he will not be able to cash it.Once the account is disabled that it is it he has no chance of getting his money.Adbrite is another alternative but Bidvertiser is the biggest load of cr@p going.

 

@Mega B. if check is sent to you. u can cash it..i have tried that before my other company adsense account got ban and after few weeks a check has arrived and i did cash $3000 usd that was year 2005

anyway you can get new account with new website. use new email address.

How did it happen? Did you do something illegal?

 

CTR was hight between 20 - 40 %

 

wooww... I think your CTR is the reason...

 

yeah...once CTR reach 10% you should remove the ads temporarily and notify adsense-support

and examine why you get such unnatural CTR, perhaps you place your ads illegally

 

Had the same thing happen to me once. After a couple days they reactivated my account and said everything was fine. You will probably get a message in a couple days that they will reactivate your account, but don't get to excited. They will keep your $270.
