what happens if you were the victim of someone else clicking on purpose to get you banned? Is there no appeal procedure with adsense? Also what happens to the earnings that were in an account at the time of the banning...?

you can try that either by sending them you traffic reports and if you havent dont anything wrong there are chances of you getting unbanned

If you know that you have made a mistake you can write about it and apologize. For example if one of your employee clicks on your ad to give you a revenue boost, you can tell them what really happens and promise them to avoid such mistakes in future. You can get another adsense account by using some other person details. But make sure not to use any detail related to banned account.
