Well sorry to hear that you have become a casualty. But all is not lost. Just montize with other options.
Once you have been banned there is no such thing as "unbanning" by Google. Onc they close the door you have to move on.
Just asking, in this way anyone one can click 10000*n times on anyone adsense ad, then google will ban him also?
Once a week write back asking about the clicks where they happened and that you never did it ..... blah blah? Do this until they reply........

If you really want to get back into the adsense network....listen to this..start a new blog under blogger with new ip address, then use the name of a trusted individual and use that home address as yours. "G" will scroll their dbase for all kinds of combinations so get this right and you should have a new account.
Old account is gone man, I dont think you could get it back. Try to make another account or you could change ads into AdBrite or something like that.

Hello, I just want to let know one thing.My friend who got $2000 from adsense just by pasting adsense on newsletters.However he got his account banned.But he emailed google to reactivate but google never opebed the door.He created a new account and it works. Just try creating a new account in family member names.
Done. They said, it takes time to activate adsense. Will activate it. Will wait for reply. Adsense in newsletter and $2000. Wow Affiliate program in newsletter. Wow
My 2 years old account banned too. After this created new account - its working fine for for about half year.
