    Are google ads geographically targetted?I mean the ads displayed by google in other countries are specific to those countires?

    Some are, other don't depends if the advertiser targets only 1 country or more

    It's depend on where you are.
    If you are in japan(ip), it will show more japanese ads for you.

    it also has a lot of reason.
