Google Ads suspended our account due to an unpaid balance.

    Hello,
    We opened a Gmail account and created a Google Ads account to advertise for our company for the first time. A few days after adding the company's credit card information to the system (while we were still working on advertising - while our ads were not published), our account was suspended due to unpaid balance. Although we appealed, we could not open the account. We requested help from Google Ads for a different request and asked to be called by phone, and the person we spoke to said, "You deleted your card information after adding the balance from the credit card, that's why it was suspended." I told him that this was not the case, the card information was still attached and I could share screenshots if you wanted. He said, "I will make a request to the relevant department in this regard." After 24 hours, we received a negative response to our request. I objected again by attaching screenshots of the Google Ads account containing the card information to the relevant e-mail. The result was negative again…
    Finally ;
    - Credit card photo
    - screenshot of bank payment
    - ID photo of the card holder
    We sent it, the result is negative again, it says in the e-mail that we have detected suspicious behavior regarding payment in your account..

    thank you for all.

    Check the Fix your suspended account section. They will ask to verify your account.

    They have contacted me earlier for account verification and asked to upload some ID's in the account. It was verified in 4 days without any problem.

    They also assign a dedicated account manager to each account. Check your email for the account manager details. You will have direct contact number mentioned in the email. Maybe contacting your AM will help.

    Try ad networks, you get the same results, (even better in my opinion) and they are more flexible, fast, and friendly when it comes to the support team.
