ctr = click through rate. It represents percent of clicks from total impressions on your website.
A good CTR would be 4-5%.
To improve it.....find better placement for your ads and/or better blending!

You should use this time to concentrate on getting more traffic to your site.. worry about CTR later.. Having a great CTR means nothing if nobody shows up to your site...
