These days most of the gambling sites have google ads. So, I want to know that google allows gambling sites to publish ads.
Who knows? Even America does not know if it bans online gambling. There are so many ways around it. I think gambling is fine, but how you pay for it, that's in question. The google directory is full of gambling sites. Plus gambling may be legal in many countries. It's probably a case of google picking and choosing who to slap. Thought I would do a search for gambling sites. One ad came up. Funny thing, it was at the top. Those ads at the top earn the spot with reputation. I type the url in and it was actually an affiliate link going to gocasino.com $2,000,000 jackpot! Go figure. I did find an old article saying that google had reinstated gambling ads in adwords. Used to be only free games. looks like they wanted to raise some more capital. I myself would not risk it. The TOS makes it seem clear. But then, define gambling(?) Who really knows where G draws the line. They probably allow gambling ads and adsense in various countries sites where legal. Stephen C
Always check with google but the urban legend that seems to be passed around the message boards is google will not allow adsense to be displayed on Gambling related sites. So ask the google adsense team about your site. Most likely if they denied it, then it was due to the content being gambling.
It is still not allowed to place Google ads on gambling sites.
