    Hello,

Sorry my friend, it is banned. Can you tell us about the reason behind this banning ?
Do you have more than one website, if so do another account and remove the website caused the banning and enter a new location for your home address.

    Regards

I think you should be able to find out from Google as to why they have banned this. Use the Adwords forums to ask them or try and call them if you have an account manager there. If you don't it could be hard to get a number but don't give up keep trying. Someone might be able to supply you with a number in these forums.

By sharing the reason for the ban we could help you.
But I think your chanses are very very slim on getting back in to AdSense.

    1. Frist need to know the account of adsense is active or inactive
    2. If the account is active then need to check your PIN Verification
    3. otherwise disabile your adsese account.

The only option available for disabled publishers is to file an appeal, but those are often unsuccessful.
