Google Adowrds' Final Warning: What to do?

Hey guys and gals...I just got this in the mail...It says that it's a final warning, but I never got any previous warning:

Ok, so how much time do I have before they suspend me? All of the landing pages they listed are from dormant campaigns that I was fiddling with when I first started PPC marketing...As such, I don't see the point of fixing them since I no longer use them...I know that it's just a matter of time before they lock me out since I have no idea what I'm currently doing wrong...Has anyone else received this message? How long did you have?

    Thanks for helping...

I've never received such messages and I thought the message would say, based on others in your situation. As I recall, you may have about 10 days to rectify the situation.

If you don't use the domain or not advertising, delete the ad groups/campaign. Pausing has no effect, you must delete.

It would be a good idea to read the guidelines and policies if you want to continue using Adwords. The message itself resumes what they don't like.

I would suggest to take a backup and delete all of the campaigns and then rebuild them.
    It will surely help
    Thanks

Rebuilding the campaigns does not help.. I got such mail & soon after couple of weeks my account got banned... get the campaigns downloaded in Adwords editor so that in future you can rebuild your campaigns in diff account

Why expect different results by rebuilding, in the same or a different account? Rebuilding will do nothing. Fix the core of the problem which is your landing page. Knowing the rules helps.
