Me too. I could care less if the earnings are the same ( I have yet to see enough eveidence on that).

They are simply a nice blend :)

Any more results? I put a couple blocks up and it's seems poor result-wise. One got the lowest possible CTR the other was under 1% for a reeasonable number of impressions and the payoff was almost as low as it can go.

That could be my placement since I tried it in a very limited way. I also noticed
that I got some really irrelevant results showing up. Like yoga clothes on a motorcycle site (??) when there are - or should be a lot of relevant ads since they show up in the normal adsense blocks. Plus you need two clicks from your visitors. And the page that shows up is clearly off-site.

I haven't had any problems with relevance but I am on the verge of giving up on it due to lackluster performance.

I looked at it when I first saw the announcement and my reaction was that I wouldn't click on those AdLinks so why would my visitors? I'll stick to AdSense...

As for yoga clothes, even bikers need those after a hard day at the office... err... battlefield...

With anything new it takes a while for folks to get use to, but they can be used on the same page with ADSENSE, so why not try it.

They are meant for a corner of a page that has nothing on it, like the lower right hand corner, you could also place them in any other hole that is in need of something other than a blank space.

I suppose... I might give it another look at some point to fill up that ugly blank space as you suggest :D

Sometimes they fit real nice. I read a thread the other day here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=12209&highlight=colors

Pretty simple concept...I am sure you are already aware of this, Minstrel. Just in case your not thought I'd let you know. I followed this advice and am actually see an increase in click through.

Click my sig and you can see then in action. Note the placement of AdLinks. Since I moved them there click through is + 1%.

I do agree with you that the main Google ads works best, but you may find situations where nothing else fits :)

    Cheers Mate!

I start using adlinks on my webhostrank site, however haven't noticed any perceptible difference in CTR or earning. I would wait for channel data for some more time and then decide whether to keep them or not.

    You're joking, right?

Are you seriously asking someone to help you try to fool people into believing links on your page are Google AdLinks when in fact that's untrue?

it'll be pretty damn obvious when they click on them. :D

you know you don't get paid for THAT, right? There is a back button and a furrowed brow to worry about.

so do channels work for adlinks?

Does the 3 or 4 adsense box per page limit apply for adlinks?
    How many are allowed?

You can run 5 links per adlink unit maximum.

I recommend creating a separate channel for them so you can monitor success ;)

Is anyone making more money with Adlinks compared to the normal ads ? I don't see any differences. Maybe visitors don't really like small links

Please reveal to us your findings. Thanks

I have one site (5,000 IMPS day) that I run AdLinks on at the bottom. I also have another site (1000 IMPS day) that I run AdLinks on the upper left, this site makes more revenue and gets more clicks.

Yikes! That's a lot of imps. They're even worse than leprechauns. But I'd still rather have imps than poltergeists.
