    Are you only getting that after you submit a url?

    Could try submitting it through a proxy... http://randomproxy.co.uk/

    Works for me as well. Try clearing out your browser's file cache and view the page again.

    If the URL is down again and you want to add your site, you don't need to submit it directly to Google - instead, let Google find your site via a high PR site like Digg.com - sometimes this helps you get indexed faster than submitting directly to Google.

    yes google.com/addurl/ works fine here too.

    and It will be better if you can also expose your site at more places.
