    1. this is a sad attempt at humor that went astray -- if so, ignore Toots comment to spare him any further humiliation

    2. this is intended solely to be provocative -- if so, ignore Toots comment as pointless

    3. Toots really still doesn't realize that I and others have already answered the question several times in this thread -- if so, ignore it because if Toots doesn't understand it by now he never will
