Google Ad Manager is open to all adsense publishers. Google Ad Manager allows you to add third party ads along with adsense

Sorry if this has been posted already

    https://www.google.com/admanager/login/en_US/tour.html

Basically it's like OpenX or other ad management software, except it's hosted by Google. It allows you to add third party advertisements in addition to your adsense rotation. If you don't have any advertisements from third parties it will automatically display your adsense ads by default. If you do have third party ads added to the ad manager it will display your third party ads, and adsense if you still have inventory left.

It also tracks clicks, impressions, and allows you to target certain ads for certain keywords. You can also set rates for your ads for when you sell them to advertisers, set frequency cap, etc

I implemented it yesterday on one of my sites. I think it's a great feature.

I don't want to display non-adsense ads... Adsense is working great so I should mix it with other ads?

I've played around with it for the past couple of days, but I'm not sure how to maintain my AdSense channels in Ad Manager, so I'm afraid to implement it and then lose those. Anyone know how to do this?

No one said you had to use it. This is for people who use other advertisers/affiliates in addition to adsense without having to host the ad management scripts on their own server.
