Wholly-krap! My eyes are bleeding from all the flashing/blinking/bright krap fresh from Front Page '98!
Looking at the source-code, it looks like you've placed the ad-code in the wrong spot - i see it after your /body and /html tags.. You need to place the code exactly where you want the ad-unit to show.

You need to put the html code right in the place where you want the ad to display.
Secondly change the spelling of SPORTS, it is showing SPOTRS.

Create a blank html page on your site and then insert adsense code into it and see if it works,Also there are so many images on your site and very little text content try to put some text content on your site.

if adsense ads don't show on your website but you can see adsense script by viewing source code , then your web page must be having some banned keywords and thats the reason behind the blank space, but if you are not being able to see the script then you must have put it in the wrong place.

Core blimey mate, you should have: "Warning, this website might cause seizures in people with photo sensitive epilepsy", no offense but it's a bit errm... what's the word... colorful? It looks like one of those Indian buses you see on TV, I guess that's your target audience though.

But back to the topic, you say it's not adsense banned but I disagree. I checked on the adsense sandbox site and the ads there are not showing either so I'd try another domain (but check the above site before registering to make sure any new site isn't banned before you pay for it), the ad code is in the wrong place too, you'd not get many clicks if it was showing ads, right at the footer, you need to study 'heat maps' for correct (makes money) placements as well imho.

Sorry mate, looks like you got a duff one there, back to the drawing board I'm afraid. There's not much you can do except maybe put in an appeal to google to unban the url, that could take a while though and there's no guarantee they will.
