in the image u gave the 250 X 250 ad is normal one but just showing one advertiser nothing wrong with that, they do sometimes , google i mean

 

what he might mean was how did the ad appear in the entry area. i wanna know it too.

In layout tab, we can only place it on either top of title post or most buttom of post.
