Google Ad Filter Stopped Working?

    For the first time in 6 months two websites I have blocked from showing ads on my site are showing again. Anyone else notice this recently? Google ignoring this now?

    I usually don't bother to set that, adwords spammers put on worthless ad one after another, and they themselves come one after another, my time could be better spent elsewhere.

    i think its working..maybe they have new site and new ads in adwords so they are appearing again..

    The site now has an extension URL when I run my cursor over the "sitename/results/searchresults.cfm" it use to be sitename.com

    Do I need to get more specific with the filter now? I hate this site and they know it.
