Google Acting Strange To Me

This time yesterday had about 100 pages indexed in google, using various subdomains. (the domain is a week or two old)

Upon checking today the domain has 0 pages indexed in google which led me to think the site had been banned.

I was sure that the domain was banned until an hour go, upon doing a ping the google bot hit the domain which i thought is banned.

Could it be either a sandbox issue, but if this wouldnt at least the index page still show or failing that could i have just been deindexed rather than banned.

Anyone got a view on this

That just happened with one of my sites as well. I had 2000 dirct links and now NONE.. grrrrr

 

forgot to add if i type in www.site.com into google it doesnt bring up anything either

 

its ok just give it time, it goes up and down, happened to my forum back in jan and feb lol, january i had 3k pages - feb - 0 - for like a week then started going back up, havent been below 5k since though, so it was a good outcome for me

just wait and give it time

 

Have you been doing something that might cause you to be banned? Otherwise, don't sweat it. Google bounces things around and your site can drop from site and then suddenly reappear.

 

i havent changed anything between having lots of pages indexed and having none. Oh well at least im still in yahoo
