    How low does Google accept. i mean what is the minimum bid that Google accepts on its ad service
    how can i get this done. i mean where is the settings on Google
    please someone help me

    if you mean pput for adwords account, the minimum is 30$/month but they will treat you better if you pay <50$/month ;)
