Google 403 Forbidden Error, how to avoid?

Hi friends, I just finished a keywords research tool, it's really powerful. Unfortunatelly, when it init 10 threads to query Google, it will get banned after little minutes by Google, the queries near 1000 times. Then Google will return a 403 Forbidden Error like this:

Because I have to query Google hundreds thousands times a day, so Google API not suit to me, do you have any ideas to avoid Google's ban?

Personally I don't think you can avoid this. Google set this warning up to block people from hammering their search results like this. They don't want people wasting their bandwidth for their own benefit.

    lol @ 'mailing them'

I'd like to see their response to asking them if you can spam their search engine and waste their bandwidth.

Over here at my country, our ISP uses proxies and we often get same IPs with other users.
I see this page very often.

It says your IP is continuously sending queries to search engine and mark as spamming. It's more likely the virus whose sending the multiple requests, some adware, virus or any trojan scans and cleaning might help.

Lots of queries to google from one IP creates this problem. It means google think regular queries send by any automatic program or software. And we face this problem daily more than 20 times. We are in internet marketing so we need the help of google always.
