Google -30 filter penalties for duplicate content

    Hi Friends

    Which is the Best Way to Solve the Google -30 filter penalties for duplicate content?

    Actually My Company's new client want to do SEO for his site but they've made 3 to 4 Domains in Same content and website structure and also other sites have copied this same structure and content.

    so they've got Google -30 filter penalties for duplicate content.

    Now we want to do SEO for this site so which would the best way to solve this issue before start any on+off page optimization.

    Pls Advise, your comments would be appreciated.

    I'm probably dumb since I know nothing about the Google's 30 filter penalties for duplicate content but I'm smart enough (since 1995) not to build sites with the same content and website structure.

    Instead of having the same content on many domain try having a 301 permanent redirect.

    Thanks for your Prompt Replied, Really appreciated your answers.
    I will try to sort out 301 redirection with that client.

    and also waiting for other replies of solutions If google is sending this type any penalties to our sites for duplicate content issue.
