    It's facebook like, but only for logged in users on google .About anatomy and more specific details, you can GOOGLE IT

    +1 button is like a Facebook like button. Google+ is similar like 3 parts Facebook mixed with 1 part Tumblr with some Twitter sprinkled on top.

    It just like a Facebook " Like " But it will show in search result . It useful while you can see your friend +1 on the article they like and they will go and view as well. The more plus one , that mean the content is more quality and famous.

    You can see the +1 things in your google profile. And it is applicable for the Google ads also.
