    Google+ is a social networking website, and i don't think so it will help you but there will be some thing for SEO in Google+

    Yes, it does impact the serps on a personalized basis.  For instance, if you +1 a site, you will notice that site performing better in the serps when you are logged into that account.  That site will most likely also perform better for logged-in users in your social network (on google)

    some people state that every +1 there get equal to one dofollow link? Is that real? 
    But Google create this +1, i'm pretty sure that it must be influence SERP Analyse, and impossible they create for nothing. 
    It help to show the quality of the content.
