Is Google +1 Button is helpful in the field of SEO? How?

Google, like Facebook tries to play deceitful games in order to increase the use of new applications.In the past, Google has attempted new features that majority of users found useless.You can take google +1 as the button we have for facebook like, actually few months google also entered in the field of social networking keeping in the the that google is loosing place due to facebook popularity and its also said that website having +1 would also get some SEO benifits but how this is not cleared so far, but maybe it does have some impact on search engine optimization.For me it's just a speculation though.It is something that will be highly abused and I dont know how something that could be abused be a ranking factor.

 

it's new, but I think it will be helpful as it's designed by google.

 

I believe it's useful, 'cause people press to this button and share the information with friends...it increases attendance, i think

 

Yeah of-course it will help in SEO by sharing the your news you have a change to get visitors will help you in PR etc

 

Still Google is testing it with few people so can't say about on this

 

Google +1 button is like Face book "like" button. Google Plus is just beta version and Google +1 button will be really helpful for SEO.

 

Does it actually help with SERPs? I am not sure, but I doubt it. Otherwise users can use software to manipulate the amount of +1s they have.

 

It may not have an impact now but it might in the near future. Also I was reading somewhere that once you are logged in to Google there is a difference in the search results and the sites with Google +1 get more prominence.
