    Both links time out for me, as well - nobody home!
    The www.seopedia.org index file is also unavailable.

    Using various searches, I can find no cache of the site in G, M or Y.

    I think that folks climb all over that word "secret" - a super viral technique.
    I haven't read it yet, but I am going to right now.
