    misspellings, phonetic domains and even foreign spellings can be trademark infringement, however, I personally do not think this name would be an infringement unless someone tried to build a search engine around it or were clearly trying to confuse (similar looking logo or look, etc) the visitor that it was associated with "google."

    A domain like "gooogle" would be another story.
