goods payment also reversing?

what is the actual mean of shipping address here???????,
are you entering the shipping address in subject or the message,then also it will get reversed!!!!!

 

from most of the replies in this thread this is clear that goods payments are not going to get reversed.
but still lets wait for 2-3 more days and see what happens

 

My mostly payment as i received as service is reversed in 26 to 36 hours and after getting payment from goods+shipping address option it is not reversed and its 48 hours old now.......lets see next 24 hours what happen

 

my friend got goods payment to his paypal account and it got reversed as he was using personal account I don't have further details on this, he just mentioned it to me a day ago

 

this might be the problem with personal accounts ,i don't think it is going to happen with premier accounts too

 

I am not to keen on using the "Goods" method. Paypal is famous for randomly blocking accounts and than asking for details about a transaction including invoices, tracking number of shipment etc. If that happens and you do not have a tracking number even though the payment was for digital goods or services, you can kiss your money or account good bye.

I had to face this kind of situation last year when they asked for tracking number for 6 transactions. I told them it was for "links" and "advertisements" but the support person was adamant. Eventually I was put through to one very nice and efficient guy who unblocked my account right when I was on the phone with him.

 

It's weekend for them bro. They would probably come back tomorrow with a bigger hammer to reverse more payments, regardless to goods/services or personal. Wait and watch..

 

15 hrs went still payment with good + shipping info is there in my a/c

 

After having one of my "Goods" payment reversed (Payment was on 3rd Feb and was reversed on 5th)

I told one of my very friendly client to send a 'test' payment on 6th Feb (got it at 8:30 AM IST)
It's still not reversed yet. So, let's hope that Paypal has at least fixed the returning of payments made as "Goods"

 

But paypal mentioned in there email that ask your buyers to send payment as goods, so why goods payment will reverse?

 

Well, i have received a payment from my client as goods along with proper shipping address.

So i have followed pay pals instruction for the proper transaction, but still i'm feeling insecure. Just hoping that this payment too isn't reversed.

 

There may be a bug in their system. They intended to reverse personal payments, but they ended up canceling the "service" and "goods" payments also.

I hope they fix it when they come back to work on Monday.

One payment sent on 3rd got reversed on 5th (made as "Goods" + shipping address specified)

On 6th, I got one more payment as Goods and that's still in my account
I'm a bit skeptic because the reason may be the weekends. One Monday passes, I'll be sure about the non-reversal.

 

i m sorry about this but when the buyer received his goods and you have delivery receipt , how come PayPal still accept to return his money

they should be away to control that or else buyers will always do this and cheat sellers

 

My money I received on 4th morning with shipping address and sent as "Goods" by a U.S. client was also being reversed today morning 8 am. . I think paypal was hacked...

 

So, what's gonna be the end guys? I didn't work for 4 full days

 

my services payments also not reserved i paid more than 10 payments of feb 5th all look fine from 5th

 

Yeah today is near about 48 hours gone to my received payments with goods option aslo not reversed yet....

 

till now i have not received any goods payment reversal.
