I will rather look to see China on that and then may be Pakistan. But, then China can ban Google itself and Pakistan can't.

They will not approve you till you remove the copied content with source link. If you are having copied content on your blog, forget about Adsense.

I know that Google has strict guidelines, but I thought it was easy to get approved for Google Adsense.

if your adsense application rejected by Google then keep trying to resubmit your application from the same account. every time new resubmit form will appear by this way there are more chance for getting approval.

It is not a joke. You can't just keep sending them emails for approval. That is a complete ill-advise. The account which attempts do so is bound to be banned. You can't simply misuse a product of that bigger company, in fact any others'.

They always persist on guidelines they have created for issuing of adsense account. They don't specifically tell that causing the denial.

Sometime back I read somewhere that if you create an account with high PR web 2.0 properties like docstoc (or other adsense revenue sharing websites), get some high quality unique articles on them and apply for adsense through them - mention your docstoc url, it is easy to get approved.

I don't know whether it is still valid or not. Maybe you could give it a try.

It's either a problem with the information you provided or the content on your website. As long as you provided truthful information and the content of your blog is unique and doesn't break any of their rules it definitely seems odd. I wouldn't just keep making applications for adsense, I'd try to work with Google to see what exactly you did wrong and make the effort to fix it.
