That's paypal problem and not a problem of RBI, why do u criticize RBI then ?? RBI has same set of policies for every one, its not they are showing partial to any particular organization. Paypal violated the policy so RBI I had to issue notice to them, if they fixed up and were up to date with RBI policies for their Indian paypal accounts, this issue might have not raised, the only reason I find paypal not informing much prior is, they are scared of losing customers to its competitors now to other kiddie fights on this thread - relax guys James smith might be just a name like my id masterrio, my id doesn't make me look like an Indian by any means Its just an id, need not be real name. He might be a true Indian patriot
I don't think either PayPal ppl or RBI guys are fools. They have some legal matters to sort out - but I still think this could have a good ending though it's taking painstakingly long.

What are the chances of PayPal issue being resolved in near future? Last year too this kind of problem happened when PayPal funds were showing transfered but were not appearing in the Bank accounts. It took about a 20 days for PayPal to resolve the issue last time. I want to know, if any one had any contact with the PayPal customer care. What was the information passed on? For now I am just piling on cash in my PayPal. I just hope the issue is resolved sooner rather than later, else I too will have to look for alternatives. Regards Om
