    I strongly believe that PR will stay though they might reduce the rate at which they used to update it but I believe it will stay :) :)

    well if so no inoccent people look in the google search and all will prefer yahoo even though its little slow and may be even live search and google will show up with all those people who have lots of riends having frr time to comment on them and get them page rates...lol it woud be really disgusting

    it's a fake and the blogger that made this article also admits that he invented this sh*t while brushing his teeth and whatever...if u guys just read the whole post and follow the links,you won't be making a 20000 page thread on DP on fake rumors.(admited fake by the author also).also,the webmasters that know this business for some time now, know that pagerank won't be dropped,at least not too soon and if it will be dropped,they will replace it with something similiar which will go through some beta tests TO YOU!

    I believe it will be the dumbest thing ever Google wants to do. Because the internet users don´t have any time to give vote to every website that they are visiting. I believe it will be something like Netscape.com or Propeller.com you have to find friends, or pay people who would vote for your website. I hate that.

    After all, I think Google People are smarter and they wouldn´t do something like that, I hope so.
