Buying Good writer to do some research and write about real estate / condominiums ($2.5/100)

    I'm willing to pay $2.5/100 words for a good writer who can actually do some research and write simple and informative articles.

    Do not message me if you typically do work for $1/100 words or close to that. Odds are you're not the kind of writer I'm looking for. You also must be a native english speaker.

    PM me only if you're actually capable of producing high quality work. I'll be able to give you regular work on top of what I need right now.

    PM me with your email address as well as one or two sample articles you've written in the past. If you do not send me a sample I will not bother replying back to you. Don't waste my time, I won't waste yours.

    Some us typically do work at $1/100 words because sometimes people aren't willing or able to pay higher. Just sayin' ;)
