Good Website Developer

Hi There,

I need a very good web developer, I have an existing site http://www.faredealsonlines.com/ which I want good developer to review and make neccessary suggestion on what need doing to make it a quality site including its Admin.I don,t want to build new site because I don't want to loose all the data already in the site.
Please its urgent as i really want to concetrate on the site.
