My suggestion would be to type in "webmaster forums" on Google, then pick-n-choose whichever one(s) are suitable for your needs.

Beside the Digital Point Forums that you're viewing right now, I frequently visit/post on SitePoint Forums and WebDeveloper Forum (and maybe I would also mention International Web Developers Network)
