I'm working with a client who runs a social media marketing agency. They send me a lot of work, but aren't very organized. Because I've become pretty fast with graphic and web design, I've gotten a little too casual in creating project briefs. That's okay when dealing directly with the client, but now that I'm dealing with a client who is the middleman between me and their client, and they aren't very structured, things are getting pretty chaotic. My client is so unstructured and unorganized, I'm not sure the relationship is salvageable. However, before doing anything drastic, I'd like to look into web design project management tools. They do a lot of work in wordpress, so a tool that integrates well with wordpress would be helpful. Any feedback or suggestions are appreciated.
