    Spamming is not a good idea. If you spammed any of my forums I would ban you for it. People prefer quality posts that are relevant to the forums and are not done just to gain recognition from the search engines.

    of course there are other ways to put you're message across. try writing a helpful (and I must emphasize this, UNIQUE) article with links to your sites and put a link in the forums. it's spam but not in those words.. :p
