i think you need to do some good seo and keyword research, get someone who knows on board, even if you have to folk out a few quid now, it will be worth it in the long run best of luck

 

Flyers...... take a look on fiverr, some good gigs there for designing and distributing flyers and brochures without having to spend hundreds on it.

 

I would say any mean of physical media,(flyers, newspapers, ads, banners, etc.) would help you to market your offline business.

 

Post flyers on bulletin boards in high traffic areas. Also create postcards and business cards and "Forget" them anywhere you go (Restaurants, bus seats, stores). I hear car decals work good too. Good luck

 

They have these business cards called drop cards the most effective ones are in the form of a money. It's simply a peace of paper that looks exactly like money with a spot to write your message on the inside. You fold it in half, of course with your message on the inside, drop it someone and when someone walks they'll see it there thinking it's money and when they unfold they'll see your message. Haha some of the posts above were creative. Yea, use social media... create fliers, banners, and stickers to give to people or post on cars, doors, etc sign posts, bulletin boards, etc. If your business is good, people will come to you.

 

In my country, some companies use advertising via Television, and finally the famous. I think this requires more expensive for me.
