Good Way to find .GOV and .EDU Blogs

Ah well, i don't like spending my money for "information"
so i tried out queries, so far so good..

here are some queries that might help you find some good blogs on .gov and .edu domains

site:*.gov blog
run query

Nice tip. he only problem is the links are only as good as the page they are on. If it is not related in topic or has no page rank they have no effect on your site.

 

Yep exactly, i could've just given a free list of edu sites but the query tends to update every 10 hours, so if you need it bad enough you'll find what ya want there

Those kind of threads is the only reason im giving out free ways to find gob/edu links LOL!

 

If you add

title:keyword

to the quesry it will narrow down the results.

 

I actually figured this out on my own. You can also use it for any extension for any combo of keywords you want and it works very accurately. Thanks!

 

.EDU links arn't something to freak out and try to get. I have a site that has over 100 of them and it doesn't seem to make much of a difference than the regular .com.
