Good way to display Ad Block, but against Adsense TOS?

Hi, I think I've found a perfect way for my site to display adsense blocks (my site is a very useful online collage tool, has real no content but is a very useful site in its own respect, and have been using link blocks at the top of the page), but i'm wondering if this is against the adsense TOS?
    http://s3.rollip.com/adsense1.jpg and what about http://s3.rollip.com/adsense2.jpg ?

    Thanks!

I think 1 and 2 can work, but it's borderline. You should implement it and then email adsense about it for a review. Perhaps they'll suggest to add a border to the ads, perhaps they'll say it's fine. Try it.

I agree that you should contact adsense. It seems fine with a text ad as in the first example but once an image ad is displayed there it is much more likely to be clicked.
