    "PHP or VPS" ??? sounds akward...shared or VPS ?

    Check cheapvps.co.uk if you mean UK VPS.

    yes there cannot be an option between PHP and VPS :(
    so you need an VPS or an dedicated box and what is your budget ?

    Err...I doubt you are well informed about hosting and VPS...else you'd not have mentioned "I am looking for both a VPS and a PHP".

    What type of vps do you need? How much space, bandwidth, RAM do you expect to use? Any control panel?
