Selling Good Traffic Proxy Site - Over 20k UV per month

I have having to place the site in auction as i need to cover the fees for server and this month i have had to move servers for a bigger site that i run.

The site for sale is a Proxy site that is using the Proxy script of PhProxy and placed into a design template that is to keep the surfing bar above the fold so that you get a high amount of repeat visitors.

I have not placed any ads into the resulting pages from a visitors input site as this for me is annoying to the user but should you want to raise the income on the site it would be an option for you.

The site includes the script and license for the proxy toplist script that has also been added to the site at a price of $199.00 but means that you can only operate the script on the domain name that its on at the moment.

Earnings for the site so far are £3.22 via adsense but that is from ads only been placed on the site for 15-20 days of the time that site has been live as was going to look to advertise with another PPC company but opted to continue with adsense.

Traffic to the site is majority referring sites that are sending visitors to the site because i have not done any seo for the site yet.

The site opened on 19th of last month and so far has had almost 25,000 visits to it so the traffic is coming to the site and repeating to come back.

The potential of the site is huge because of the toplist aspect of the site, so promoting the toplist area of the site to other proxy owners will mean that you will be getting links to your site for displaying their site within the list.

Traffic and earnings will be produced to serious bidders as there have been so many people who have been wasting my time in past auctions i am sick of producing the screenshots to hear nothing back.
