Good traffic but low clicks

i think you should consider the locations of you ads. some ads in between your article would be good..

You just need to try different formats and positions
it's about testing till you find what works on your site

 

maybe your adsense must friendly with ur theme

 

Change your theme..try to using 3 coloumns so you can put 160x160 ads and fut the 336 ads on your content
