I would put more emphasis up front on the Collaboration Tools. Those can be very useful and in-demand.

To be honest, we don't compare our business networking platform with facebook as we are specificly target business industries, enable our members to comunicate with their business network and create business relations.
The design is unique, clean and easy to read. There are, however, typos in the content on the page. Fix those and add a bolder logo and you will be on your way.

New update on features added. ( these features been mentioned by DP forum members and goonto members: 1-Now members are able to see their upcoming events on their homepage. 2- recent new groups. 3- recent new members. 4- recent new Articles. 5- recent new blogs. All feedbacks are welcome.
layout is simple and elegant. i personally liked the touch. the background and the logo need to be a bit more attractive. this would help generate better traffic.
