    You can customize all leading frameworks ( thesis, genesis, catalyst, richwp) to fit any niche. It will also save you money actually to have these, because you're not restricting yourself to one niche only.

    I'm using the lifestyle theme by studiopress. Its a good theme for stuff like that. Great look and feel

    Agreed, I like lifestyle and the other similar themes, I used one called Church for a while which I think is a child theme of lifestyle

    Yes... that is what you posted - looking for a good wp theme for a diet niche site.

    And what others have mentioned is that most wp themes can be customized to fit any niche, even the diet niche. You just add an image/s of your niche + content and it becomes your diet niche theme.

    If you want a ready to use theme with images related to diet/s than you can easily order and buy one from wp theme designers.

    There are also lots of free niche themes online - you just have to search for it via Google. Google search for "free diet niche wp theme" and see what happens.
